On Sunday. September 7th, from 9:30AM to 10:00AM the catalog's functionality will be limited to searching only. Login will be disabled for system maintenance.
In September, our library and other CCS member libraries are moving to a new online catalog called Enterprise. The online catalog we currently use is provided by a third-party called BiblioCommons. The new catalog will function a lot like this catalog.  As part of the migration, on August 15, 2014, your existing BiblioCommons shelves and lists will be copied over to Enterprise as private lists.  After August 15, any new BiblioCommons lists or shelves (or modifications to existing ones) will not be transferred to Enterprise.  In addition, tagging, reviews, and other user-generated information will not migrate to Enterprise.

These searches will locate books within the noted Lexile ranges at the Algonquin Library, both the Main (Harnish) and Branch (Eastgate) locations. Interested in what's on the shelf right now? Once you've accessed the search, under the "Available now" section on the left, select "At any location" or choose the Algonquin location you prefer. All age and grade level recommendations are guidelines only - your child's interests matter more. The Lexile system does not take into account content or age appropriateness. These searches are limited to items in the Youth Services collections, but we recommend that concerned parents preview titles as needed to determine their suitability for your child. Don't forget you can further limit the lists by format, content, genre, topic and more!
